Green Chilli Chutney Recipe Indian

Ingredients used in Green Chilli Chutney

 

  • Hing – pinch
  • Urad dal – 1tsp
  • Channa dal – 1tsp
  • Red chill – 3
  • Murstard seeds – 1tsp
  • Garlic – 15cloves
  • Cumin seeds – 1tsp
  • Coconut – 1 cup (grated or cuts into cubes)
  • Oil – half cup
  • Tamarind – 100 grams
  • Green chillies – 250 grams
  • Curry leaves – 1 spring
  • Salt to taste

 

Method:

  • Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, garlic, tamarind, green chillies, cook for 5 minutes then add coconut, mint leaves and cook them till the chillies changes its colour or tender
  • Then blend this mixture in a blender and add salt to taste
  • For tempering heat oil In a pan add red chilli dry, cumin seeds, mustard, channa dal, urad dal, garlic, hingand curry leaves mix well
  • Finally add this tempering to the prepared chuntey
