Golgappa Panipuri Recipe

Ingredients for Golgappa panipuri recipe

  • Golgappa – 3
  • Tomato – 1 tablespoon (finely chopped)
  • Sev – 3 Tbsp
  • Raw peanuts – 1 1/2 Tsp
  • Puffed rice – 1/2 cup
  • Boiled potato – 1 Tbsp
  • Chana dal – 2 Tbsp
  • Lemon juice – 1/2 Tbsp
  • Salt to taste

For the Toppings

  • Sweet tamarind sauce – 1 ½ Tsp
  • Coriander leaves – ½ cup

Method

  • Take a bowl add the puffed rice, potatoes, tomatoes, sev, chana dal, peanuts, salt and lemon juice in it and mix well together
  • Make a hole in the centre of golgappas with the help of your thumb and fill them with the above stuffing.
  • Top the golgappas with a little tamarind chutney and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  • Golgappa Bhelpuri is ready to be served
