Ingredients for Ginger Chicken Kabobs Recipe

  • Boneless chicken – 500gms (washed and sliced into cubes)
  • Green chillies paste – 1/2 Tbsp (or as required)
  • White pepper powder – 1 Tsp
  • Ginger paste – 2 Tbsp
  • Hung curd – 1/2 cup
  • Ginger – 1 teaspoon chopped
  • Salt to taste

Method

  • Take a bowl mixing bowl and mix chicken pieces, green chili paste, white pepper powder, ginger paste and salt then mix this by using your fingers, rub the chicken pieces in the mixture from both the sides
  • Take another bowl and whisk the hung curd in it
  • Now add the chicken pieces from the first bowl to the the second bowl i.e. bowl with curd
  • Allow the chicken pieces to marinade for about 30-40 minutes
  • Once it marinated, take out the chicken pieces, place the chicken pieces carefully on the skewers and roast them over the grill for about 10-15 minutes or until it is well cooked
  • Once the excess liquid is drained, serve it in a serving plate and garnish the pieces with finely chopped ginger
  • Serve hot with green chutney
