Ingredients for Garlic Prawns

 

Prawns – 1kg (medium size)(peeled, deveined, tails intact)

For marinating:

  • Garlic and green chilli – 1 tbsp (paste)
  • Pepper powder – ½ tsp
  • Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
  • Chilli sauce – ½ tsp
  • Garlic cloves – 7 (finely chopped)
  • Corn flour – 2 tsp
  • Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Chilli powder to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil – 2 tbsp

 

Method:

  • Take a bowl add all the ingredients that are mentioned under marinating process mix well and add prawns pieces in this batter and marinate it for 30 mins
  • Heat oil in non-stick pan, add marinated prawns and fry on a medium flame till prawn tails are curled and prawns are well cooked (do not overcook prawns pieces)
  • Serve it in a serving bowl and serve hot with sauce
