Egg kabobs Recipe

Ingredients for Egg kabobs Recipe

  • Eggs – 4 (boiled)
  • Coriander leaves – 1 Tbsp (finely chopped)
  • Garam masala powder – 1 Tsp
  • Red chilli powder – 1 Tsp
  • Gram flour (besan) – 100 gms
  • Onion – 2 Tbsp (finely chopped)
  • Black pepper – 1/2 Tsp (powdered)
  • Breadcrumbs – 1/4 cup
  • Refined oil – 1/2 cup
  • Water – 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste

Method

  • First Grate the eggs and add all other ingredients into it, mix well
  • Then knead the egg mixture well with your hands so that it gets a smooth texture
  • Adjust the seasoning in egg mixture as per your taste and shape them into small kebabs
  • Heat the oil in a deep bottomed pan on medium flame and cook the kebabs till they become golden brown color on both sides
  • Fry the egg kebabs on low flame or the spices in the eggs will burn
  • Once it done take the eggs out in an absorbent paper
  • Garnish them with some coriander leaves and onions serve hot with any chutney of your choice
