Ingredients for Egg kabobs Recipe
- Eggs – 4 (boiled)
- Coriander leaves – 1 Tbsp (finely chopped)
- Garam masala powder – 1 Tsp
- Red chilli powder – 1 Tsp
- Gram flour (besan) – 100 gms
- Onion – 2 Tbsp (finely chopped)
- Black pepper – 1/2 Tsp (powdered)
- Breadcrumbs – 1/4 cup
- Refined oil – 1/2 cup
- Water – 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
Method
- First Grate the eggs and add all other ingredients into it, mix well
- Then knead the egg mixture well with your hands so that it gets a smooth texture
- Adjust the seasoning in egg mixture as per your taste and shape them into small kebabs
- Heat the oil in a deep bottomed pan on medium flame and cook the kebabs till they become golden brown color on both sides
- Fry the egg kebabs on low flame or the spices in the eggs will burn
- Once it done take the eggs out in an absorbent paper
- Garnish them with some coriander leaves and onions serve hot with any chutney of your choice
