Dill Leaves Raita Recipe

Ingredients for dill leave Raita

 

  • Dill leaves – ¼ cup
  • Cucumber – ½ cup (finely chopped)
  • Green chilli – 1 (finely chopped)
  • Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
  • Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
  • Sugar – ½ tsp
  • Oil – 1 tbsp

 

Method:

  • Heat oil in a pan roast mustard seeds and cumin seeds let it splutter , add green chilli, dill leaves sauté well
  • Turn off flame and let it cool
  • Take a bowl add curd, sugar, and salt whisk well
  • Add cucumber and mix well
  • Now pour this cucumber curd mixture in cooled dill leaves mixture and mix well
  • Serve it in a serving bowl and serve it with your likes
