Ingredients for Crispy Paneer Schezwan Recipe

 

  • Paneer – 1 cup (cut into fingers)
  • Oil as required
  •  Garlic – 2 tablespoons(chopped)
  • Ginger – 2 tablespoons(chopped)
  • Green Chilli – 2 (chopped)
  • Onion – 1(cut in cubes)
  • Spring Onions – 4 sprig (finely chopped)
  • Capsicum – 1 cup (cut in cubes)
  • Soy sauce – 1tsp
  • White vinegar – ½ tsp
  • pepper powder to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar – 1/2 tsp
  • Green Chilli Sauce – ½ tsp
  • Red chilli sauce – ½ tsp
  • Corn flour powder – 1tsp(mix in ½ cup of water)
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • For marinating
  • Salt to taste
  • pepper powder to taste
  •  Soy sauce – ½ tsp
  • Schezwan sauce – ½ tsp
  • All Purpose Flour (Maida) – 3-4 tsp
  • Corn flour – 2tsp

 

Method:

 

  1. Add maida, corn flour powder, salt, pepper powder, soy sauce and chilli sauce in a mixing bowl and add little water and make a smooth batter
  2. And soak paneer pieces in that batter and keep it aside
  3. Now heat some oil in deep fry and fry paneer pieces till they become crisp, drain them on tissue and keep them aside
  4. Take a pan add 2-3 tsp of oil and add ginger, garlic, green chillies, onions and capsicum stir well and cook for few mins
  5. Now add soy sauce, chilli sauce, schezwan sauce, vinegar, and toss for 2-3 mins
  6. Add salt, sugar and pepper according to taste
  7. add corn flour and mix well
  8. Add paneer pieces and cook for 2 mins and serve it in a serving plate
  9. Garnish with chopped corianders and serve hot
