Chocolate Cake Recipe in Cooker

Ingredients for Chocolate Cake Recipe

  • Maida – 200 grams
  • Butter – 50 grams
  • Sugar – 150 grams
  • Cocoa powder – 50 grams
  • Water – 3 Tbsp
  • Baking powder – 1 Tsp
  • Eggs – 2
  • Vanilla essence – 2 drops
  • Salt – pinch
  • Nuts as required
  • Ghee – 2 Tbsp

Method

  • Take a bowl, add maida, cocoa powder and baking powder, mix well
  • Add butter, sugar, salt, water and vanilla essence and mix well for 5 minutes
  • Now add eggs and mix until the batter become smooth
  • Meanwhile, apply ghee to the cake pan and transfer the cake batter into the pan
  • Garnish the batter with chopped nuts
  • Add little water to pressure cooker and heat it for 3 minutes on high flame and now put the cake pan into the pressure cooker and allow it to cook for 20-30 minutes on low flame
  • Remove the cake from cooker and allow it to cool for few minutes
  • Chocolate cake is ready to be served
  • Enjoy the cake with any fruit juice
