Ingredients for Chilli Paneer Dry

 

  • Paneer – 300 grams
  • Onion – 1 (sliced in cubes)
  • Capsicum – 1 (cubed)
  • Garlic – 6 cloves (finely chopped)
  • Ginger – inch (finely chopped)
  • Green Chilli – 3 (cut in diagonals)
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar – 1 tsp
  • Tomato ketchup to taste
  • Red Chilli Sauce taste
  • Green Chilli Sauce to taste
  • Soy Sauce – 2 tsp
  • Vinegar – 1 tsp
  • Chilli Powder to taste
  • Coriander leaves – ½ cup (finely chopped)

For Frying:

  • Maida – 3 tblspn
  • Corn Flour – 6 tblspn
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar – 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper Powder to taste
  • Soy Sauce – 1 tsp
  • Water as needed
  • Oil as required

Method:

  • Take a pan heat some oil for frying
  • Take a bowl add all the ingredients that mentioned for frying add water to them and make a batter, now add paneer pieces in batter and soak them for 15 mins
  • Fry paneer pieces in oil until they become golden and keep it aside
  • Take a bowl mix all the sauces and keep it aside
  • Take a pan heat 2 tsp oil and add chopped ginger, garlic and chillies sauté them for min
  • Add onions, capsicum and stir for 2-3 mins
  • Now add salt, chilli powder, and sugar according to taste
  • Then add sauces mix well and cook for few mins
  • Finally add paneer pieces and stir well for 2 mins
  • Serve it in a serving bowl and garnish with chopped coriander leaves
  • Serve hot
