How to Make Chilli Garlic Noodles Recipe

Ingredients for Chilli Garlic Noodles Recipe

  • Noodles – 1 cup (cooked)
  • Garlic – 1 tbsp (chopped)
  • Dry red chilli – 2 (finely chopped)
  • Spring onions – 2 Tbsp (finely chopped)
  • Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup – 1 Tbsp
  • Vinegar – ½ Tbsp
  • Soya sauce – ½ Tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method

  • Heat oil in a non-stick pan add chopped garlic, dry red chilli, spring onions and fry them for a minute
  • Add salt to taste and mix well
  • Add tomato ketchup, vinegar and soy sauce stir fry for a minute
  • Now add the cooked noodles and mix well, cook it for a couple of minutes
  • Serve it in a serving bowl
  • Serve hot with ketchup or chilli sauce
