Chicken Malai Kebabs Recipe

Ingredients for Malai Kebabs Recipe

  • Chicken breasts – 500 grams (chopped into 1 ½ inch cubes)
  • Green chillies – 6-8
  • Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
  • Mint leaves – 2 tbsp
  • Garlic cloves – 12
  • Almonds – 8-10
  • Fresh cream – 3/4 cup
  • Ginger – 1 inch
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Method

  • Take a blender, add green chillies, almonds, ginger, garlic, mint and coriander leaves and make a smooth paste of it
  • Apply this chilli paste to the chicken pieces
  • Now add the fresh cream and mix well
  • Add salt to taste
  • Allow the chicken pieces to marinate overnight for best taste
  • Thread on skewers and grill the marinated chicken pieces over charcoal, basting with oil in middle
  • Serve hot with green chutney
