Capsicum Raita Recipes

Ingredients for Capsicum Raita

 

  • Curd – 1 cup
  • For tempering
  • Oil – 2 tsp
  • Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
  • Curry leaves – 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
  • Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
  • Capsicum – 1 (peeled and finely chopped)
  • Chilli powder to taste
  • Cumin powder – ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves -1 tbsp (finely chopped)

 

Method:

  • Whisk curd till smoothn then keep it aside
  • Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, onions, curry leaves and stir fry for 2mins
  • Now add capsicum and fry it for 4-5mins
  • Add chiili powder, salt and cumin powder mix well and cook for a min
  • Turn off the flame and pour this capsicum mixture in curd
  • Mix well everything
  • Serve it in a serving bowl and serve with any Indian meal of your choice
