Burhani Raita Recipe

Ingredient for Burhani Raita

 

  • Curd – 1 cup
  • Garlic – 2 cloves (finely crushed)
  • Chilli powder – ¼ tsp
  • Roasted cumin powder – ¼ tsp
  • Salt to taste

 

Method:

  • Whisk curd till smoothens
  • Add garlic cloves, chilli powder, cumin powder and salt stir well
  • Serve it in a serving bowl
  • Serve chilled or serve it immediately
