Boondi Raita Recipe

Ingredients for Boondi Raita

 

  • Plain salted boondi – ½ cup
  • Curd – 1 cup
  • Chaat masala – ½ tsp
  • Roasted cumin powder – ½ tsp
  • Chilli powder – ¼ tsp
  • Pepper powder – ¼ tsp
  • Coriander leaves – 2 (finely chopped)
  • Salt to taste

 

Method:

  • Whisk curd until become smooth
  • Soak boondi in warm water and let it soak for 10 mins
  • Drain boondi and add it in curd, mix well
  • Add all dry spices and stir well
  • Add coriander leaves and salt mix well
  • Serve chilled or at room temperature
