Ingredients for Elaichi Tea, Indian Cardamom Tea
- Tea leaves – 1½ Tbsp
- Sugar – 2½ Tbsp
- Cardamom(Elaichi) – 3 (crushed)
- Milk – 1cup
- Water – 1cup
- Heat 1 cup of water by adding tea leaves and cardamom, stir well and boil it on a medium flame for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the milk and continue to boil it on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add sugar and mix well stirring occasionally.
- Turn off the flame and strain the tea by using a strainer in a deep bowl.
- Serve hot.
