Best Elaichi Chai Recipe – Easy Cardamom Tea Recipe

Ingredients for Elaichi Tea, Indian Cardamom Tea

  • Tea leaves – 1½ Tbsp
  • Sugar – 2½ Tbsp
  • Cardamom(Elaichi) – 3 (crushed)
  • Milk – 1cup
  • Water – 1cup

Method

  • Heat 1 cup of water by adding tea leaves and cardamom, stir well and boil it on a medium flame for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add the milk and continue to boil it on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Add sugar and mix well stirring occasionally.
  • Turn off the flame and strain the tea by using a strainer in a deep bowl.
  • Serve hot.
