Apple Rabdi With Condensed Milk

Ingredients for Apple Rabdi

  • Apple – 2 (peeled and grated)
  • Sugar – 1 cup
  • Milk – 1 Ltr

For Garnishing

  • Almonds – 10 (sliced)
  • Cashews – 2 tsp (powdered)
  • Green cardamom – 1/4 tsp (powdered)
  • Pistachios – 2 tsp (chopped)

 

Method

 

  • Take broad vessel pour milk in it and bring milk to a boil. Simmer till milk reduced to half the original quantity
  • Once the milk is reduced to half the original quantity, add the grated apples, sugar and mix well
  • Cook it for three to four minutes
  • Add cardamom powder, almonds, cashews powder, and pistachios mix well
  • Pour into a serving bowl. Serve hot or cold
