Aloo Paneer Kofta Recipe

Ingredients Aloo Paneer Kofta

 

  • Paneer – 250 grams (crumbled)
  • potato – 3 (peeled and boiled)
  • Garlic – 2 cloves (minced)
  • Ginger- ½ inch (grated)
  • Garam masala powder as required
  • Chat masala as required
  • Chilli powder to taste
  • Pepper powder – ½ tsp
  • Coriander powder to taste
  • Hing – 1 pinch
  • Cashew nuts – 10  (broken into small pieces)
  • coriander leaves (finely chopped)
  • Cornflour powder – 2 tsp
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  • Take a bowl and mash the boiled potato, add rest of the ingredients to this mixture except oil, Mix well
  • Take small portions of mixture and make them in koftas shape
  • Make all koftas and keep them aside
  • Take a pan and heat required oil for shallow frying
  • Deep fry all koftas until they become golden brown
  • Drain koftas on tissue paper to remove excess oil
  • Serve it on a serving plate
  • Serve hot
