Ingredients Aloo Paneer Kofta
- Paneer – 250 grams (crumbled)
- potato – 3 (peeled and boiled)
- Garlic – 2 cloves (minced)
- Ginger- ½ inch (grated)
- Garam masala powder as required
- Chat masala as required
- Chilli powder to taste
- Pepper powder – ½ tsp
- Coriander powder to taste
- Hing – 1 pinch
- Cashew nuts – 10 (broken into small pieces)
- coriander leaves (finely chopped)
- Cornflour powder – 2 tsp
- Oil for deep frying
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Take a bowl and mash the boiled potato, add rest of the ingredients to this mixture except oil, Mix well
- Take small portions of mixture and make them in koftas shape
- Make all koftas and keep them aside
- Take a pan and heat required oil for shallow frying
- Deep fry all koftas until they become golden brown
- Drain koftas on tissue paper to remove excess oil
- Serve it on a serving plate
- Serve hot
