Almond Milk Shake Recipe

Ingredients :  
Milk – 4 cups
Almond – 1/4 cup
Sugar – to taste
Cinnamon powder ( optional)
Saffron for garnishing ( optional)

Method :
Step 1 : Boil milk and keep a side to cool
Step 2 : Soak almond in hot water for 30 mins peel skin and blend it in blender until it become fine paste
Step 3 : Add milk and sugar ( according to taste) in blender
Step 4 : sprinkle some cinnamon powder if desired
Step 5 : Blend until it become frothy
Step 6 : serve it chill in glasses  ( Note : While serving you can add saffron and almonds for garnishing )
