Achari Paneer Tikka Recipe

Ingredients for Achari Paneer Tikka

 

  • Curd – 1 cup
  • Mustard powder – 1 tsp
  • Chilli powder to taste
  • Turmeric powder – 2 pinch
  • Fennel powder – 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder- ¼ tsp
  • Garam masala powder – ½ tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • Methi powder -1/4 tsp
  • Carom seeds – ¼ tsp
  • Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Kasuri methi – ½ tsp
  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Capsicum – 1 (cubed)
  • Onion – 1 (petals)
  • Paneer – 250 grams (cut in cubes)
  • Oil – 3 tsp (for roasting)

 

Method:

  • Take bowl add curd, mustard powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder,  fennel powder, cumin powder, garam masala, methi powder, carom seeds, kasuri mathi and salt mix well
  • Add ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, 2 tsp oil, mix well and make a smooth batter
  • Now add capsicum, onion, and paneer pieces mix gently and marinate for 1 hour
  • Take a pan heat some oil and place paneer, capsicum and onion pieces on pan roast them on a medium flame
  • Roast tikka pieces till they are well cooked
  • Serve it in a serving plate
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney
